Jorge Santiago
President and CEO
Jorge Santiago has been with The Milford Bank since 2005. In his current position he oversees branch operations, the call center, marketing, operations, insurance and investment services for the Bank. Mr. Santiago holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Bowdoin College and Series 7, 24, 51, 63 and 65 NASD Licenses. He is active in The Boys & Girls Club of Milford, The Get in Touch Foundation, and the Stratford Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Santiago has been awarded the Paul Harris Fellow by the Devon Rotary, was named a
Boys & Girls Club as Champion of Youth and received the Connecticut Yankee Council Good Scout Award.
John Darin
Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending
John DaRin joined The Milford Bank in 2010. In his position, he is responsible for overseeing all of the bank’s commercial lending activities. Mr. DaRin has over 30 years of lending experience.
Mr. DaRin graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut. He also holds a Master’s Degree in management from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of the Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Shelton Economic Development Commission Executive Board, and is Treasurer of Cardinal Shehan Center.
Michael Capodanno
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Michael A. Capodanno has joined the Bank as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2014. In this role, Capodanno is responsible for the fiscal operating results of the Bank as well as financial and regulatory reporting. Mr. Capodanno has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily with community banks.
Paul Mulligan
Senior Vice President, Consumer Lending
Paul Mulligan joined The Milford Bank in 2014. In his role with the Bank, he oversees our Residential Lending and CRA Activities. Mr. Mulligan has almost 30 years of banking experience. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor’s of Science. Mr. Mulligan currently serves on the Board of the United Way of Milford.
